--Claims aged less than 120 days (oldest invoice when placed from date of initial invoicing):

20% on first $5,000 collected; 15% on total collected between $5,000 and $25,000; 12.5% on total collected above $25,000

Mediation Services

--Claims aged between 120-365 days (oldest invoice when placed from date of initial invoicing):

25% on first $5,000 collected; 20% on total collected between $5,000 and $25,000 (before suit); 15% on total collected above $25,000; $100 if between $200 and $400 collected; 50% if total collected is under $200

--Claims aged more than 365 days (oldest invoice when placed from date of initial invoicing):

30% on first $25,000 collected; 25% on excess of $25,000 collected; $100 if between $200 and $333.33 collected; 50% if total collected is under $200

Foreign Claims
